د بیان آزادي په تېرو شل کالونو کې د افغانستان خلکو او نړیوالې ټولنې یوه له لویو لاسته راوړنو شمېرل کېده چې په خواشینې سره د دې امر د جوړونې او پراختیا لپاره مو څه باندې سلګونه قربانۍ ورکړې او زموږ ډېری همکاران د همدې واکمنې ډلې «طالبانو» لخوا په تېرو شلو کالونو کې شهیدان شول.
د ۲۰۲۱ کال اګېسټ په ۱۵مه پر افغانستان د طالبانو بیا واک ته رسېدو سره طالبانو یو ځل بیا د بیان له آزادۍ سره خپله دوښمني د خبریالانو او د دې برخې د فعالینو په وهلو ډبولو، نیولو، سانسور او ګواښولو سره پیل کړه.
افغانستان کې د طالبانو واکمنۍ د یو کال په تېرېدو سره څه باندې سل خبریالان د استخباراتو او امر بالمعروف او نهیې عن المنکر وزارت په څېر بنسټونو له خوا ګواښل شوي، وهلو او ډبول شوي، نیول شوي او ډېری بندخونو ته اچول شوي دي.
څه باندې ۲۵۰ رسنۍ د بندیزونو لګولو او سانسور له امله له فعالیت پاتې شوې دي او څه باندې ۹۰ سلنه خبریالو ښځو خپلې دندې له لاسه ورکړې دي او یو محدود شمېر ښځې باید د ماسک او اجباري حجاب په څېر سختو بندیزونو سره د پردې پر مخ را ښکاره شي.
د بې پولې خبریالانو سازمان د راپور پر بنسټ افغانستان کې د رسنیو د آزادۍ ځای په تېر کال کې له ۱۲۲ ځای څخه ۱۵۶ ځای ته شا تګ کړی.
د کورنۍ پالیسۍ نشتون او مالوماتو ته د لاسرسي نشتون:
په خواشینۍ سره افغانستان کې د طالبانو له واک ته رسېدو سره ټول کورني قوانین «اساسي قانون، د رسنیو قانون، مالومات ته د لاسرسي د حق قانون، مقررې، لایحې، او طرزالعملونه» لغوه شوي او د خپرونو د تولید او خپرولو لپاره هېڅ ډول اخلاقي او حقوقي چوکاټ شتون نه لري. بناً ټولې آزادې رسنۍ د طالبانو د غوښتنو او وړاندیزونو پر بنسټ د خپرونو تولید او خپرولو ته اړ دي او حتی سوداګریزې خبرتیاوې هم د طالبانو د استخباراتو له تایید وروسته خپرېږي.
ځینې وختونه طالبان د رسنیو مدیران احضار کوي او د خپلو وړاندېزونو لپاره ورڅخه په کتبي ډول ژمن لیک اخلي چې دوه پخوانیو همکارانو مې چې د دوه کورنیو رسنیو مدیران وو دا کیسه راته وکړه.
خبریالان اړ دي تر څو د خبري او تولیدي راپورونو چمتو کولو او سیاسي خپرونو کې د مېلمنو ټاکنه او همغږۍ کې د طالبانو له استخباراتو سره همغږي وکړي او که داسې ونه شي د خپرونې له خپرېدو او د خپرونه کې د رابلل شویو مېلمنو لخوا د واکمن د جوړښت باندې له نیوکې وروسته مسوولین ګواښل کېږي، ځورولو کېږي او یا هم نیول کېږي چې کولی شو دې برخه کې استاد فیض الله جلال او ښاغلي باقر محسني نومونه یاد کړو.
طالبانو له رسنیو (ټلویزیونو، راډیو او چاپي رسنیو) ورهاخوا پر ټولنیزو شبکو هم محدودیتونه وضع کړي او د حقیقي یوټیوب چینل مسوول اجمل حقیقي او همکاران یې له سختو وهلو ډبولو او اجباري اعتراف وروسته بندخونې ته واچول چې په خواشینۍ سره له برخلیک یې لا هم خبر نشته.
د بقا لپاره مبارزه یا له هېواد څخه تبعید:
خپل سري نیونې، بریدونه او د طالبانو ګواښونه د دې لامل شوي چې د رسنیو پراخه برخه مدیران او خبریالان د ژوندي پاتې کېدو یا د خبریالۍ لپاره له خطرناکې ځمکې د تېښتې په هڅه کې ووسي.
د بې پولې خبریالانو سازمان د راپور پر بنسټ د ۱۱۸۵۷ تنه خبریالانو او رسنیزو کارکوونکو له ډلې یوازې ۴۷۵۹ تنه په خپل کار کې پاتې دي او پاتې نورو یا له خپلو دندو استعفا ورکړې او یا هم په تبعید کې ژوند کوي. د یاد راپور پر بنسټ له هر څلور مسلکي خبریالانو څخه درې تنو یې خپلې دندې له لاسه ورکړې دي.
د جمهوري نظام له پرځېدو سره د خبریالانو، بشر حقونو او مدني ټولنې فعالینو په ګډون ۲۵۰ زره کسان ګاونډیو هېوادونو ته کوچېدلي چې په خواشینۍ سره ډېر شمېر یې پاکستان هېواد کې له سخت او کړکېچن وضعیت سره مخ دي او هېڅ سازمان یا بنسټ یې غږ نه اوري.
څه باید وشي؟
د دې لپاره چې د افغانستان خلک هېر نه کړل شي او له هغه ظلم او استبداد څخه چې پر دوی روان دی نړۍ او نړیواله ټولنه خبره شي باید له کورنیو رسنیو په جدي ډول ملاتړ وشي.
یوازې کورني خبریالان دي چې کولی شي پېښې مستند او هغه عمومي کړي او که نه د څو ورځو لپاره د بهرنیو خبریالانو په استولو سره نه کېږي چې د هغه څه مالومات ورسول شي چې د دې هېواد تر پوست لاندې تېرېږي.
که نړۍ او نړیواله ټولنه غواړي چې د بیان له آزادۍ ملاتړ وکړي له کورنیو رسنیو څخه په ملاتړ مکلف دي او دا ملاتړ دوی ته د آزادۍ ورکول او پر طالبانو فشار دی تر څو خبریالان وتوانېږي د خلکو کیسې مستند او ووایي او نړیواله ټولنه باید له طالبانو سره په هر بحث کې د رسنیو او بیان آزادې ته لومړيتوب ورکړي.
