Reuters reported that donors agreed to transfer $280 million from a frozen, trust fund to the World Food Program (WFP) and UNICEF to support nutrition and health in Afghanistan.
That amount of money will be transfered until the end of the year.
The funds will be offered as food aid, and some health basic services.
