Foreign minister of Uzbekistan, Vladimir Norov, at the first day of Tashkent summit urged the formation of an inclusive government in Afghanistan.
He added that the stance of all countries who have participated in the international conference on Afghansitan which is being hosted by Uzbekistan is the same, and Taliban must keep up their promises.
He added that Taliban must form an inclusive government with the presence of all political, ethnic and religious groups in Afghanistan.
Uzbekistan is hosting that two-day conference which is under the title of “security, economic growth and regional connectivity”.
In this event 20 countries and international organizations including the Taliban have participated, and they are going to discuss the issues about Afghanistan.
The Taliban delegation led by their foreign minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has gone to Uzbekistan to participate in the event.
The news comes as recently some rocket attacks took place from Afghanistan to Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. Taliban blamed “vicious people” who wanted to ruin the relations between Afghanistan and its neighboring countries.
In the meantime, neighboring countries are worried about the growth of violent Islamists in the border regions.
Taliban have repeatedly emphasized that they will not allow anyone to use the soil of Afghanistan against other countries.
