Bakhtar News Agency quoting local authorities of Taliban reported that three utility poles that the electricity were imported through them from Uzbekistan, exploded by unknown men.
The utility poles have been exploded in Khulm district, Samangan.
According to Bakhtar the technical team has reached the area, and are trying to repair the utility poles.
