The UN Special Rapporteur, Richard Bennett, said that a thorough, independent and resourced investigation must be conducted on recent attacks which took place in Mazar-e-Sharif and Kabul.
Mr. Bennett in tweet expressed his concern over attacks on civilians.
He underlined the importance of an independent investigation on recent and other attacks.
The news comes as in recent attacks in Kabul and Mazar-e-Sharif, numerous citizens killed and wounded.
