The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) tweeted that the fundamental rights of Afghan women and girls are under attack.
OCHA reiterated that humanitarians aim to scale up assistance to women and girls.
According to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs Afghan women and girls need their support and solidarity more than ever.
“Humanitarians aim to scale up assistance to women and girls by providing food, healthcare, education, livelihood opportunities and protection services,” OCHA said.
The news comes as after Taliban’s domination girls in most part of the country cannot participate high school, governmental universities are closed and women have been stepped aside from governmental positions.
