Acting foreign minister of Taliban, Amir Khan Muttaqi, says that he met the leader of National Resistance Front, Ahmad Massoud, and a former Jihadi leader, Ismail Khan, in his visit to Tehran.
Spokesman of Taliban confirming this issue says that Muttaqi said to Massoud and Khan that without hesitation and fear come back to the country.
