Taliban arrest a school teacher in Panjshir

Sources told Aamaj News that Taliban arrested a school teacher in Kiraman village in Panjshir.

According to sources the teacher named, Munir Ahmad, and was a teacher of Kiraman high school.

The sources added that Taliban have transfered him to central prison of Panjshir.

The sources added that Taliban resorted to torture and killing of civilians in Panjshir after they have been defeated in war.

On the other hand, Human Rights Watch in its latest report stated that Taliban initially arrest civilians accusing them of affiliation with the National Resistance Front and then torture them.

The news comes as local sources confirm to Aamaj News that thousands of Taliban fighters have gone to Panjshir from different provinces, and everyday the fighting is going on in different areas in this province. But Taliban refuse the skirmish in Panjshir.
