Relatives of Hasibullah, a former employee of NDS, told Aamaj News that it has been 21 days that Taliban have arrested him.
According to them Hasibullah is originally from Parwan province, but Taliban have taken him to Logar.
The news came after the declaration of general amnesty as Taliban entered Kabul back in mid-August 2021. International institutions say that Taliban do not consider the decree of their leader.
Humanitarian organizations add that Taliban use the general amnesty decree as a trap to arrest former security officers.
