The ministry for the propagation of virtue and prevention of vice says that security forces are not allowed to violate others’ privacy and search their phones, pockets, shops, and homes.
This ministry adds that if Taliban fighters violate others’ privacy, they will be punished and oust from group of Taliban.
This ministry in a tweet clears that phone is something personal, and checking others’ phones is as violating their privacy. The ministry emphasizes that they are committed to reform Taliban fighters.
This ministry calls on citizens if they face such an issue, they should inform the police stations.
