Spokesman of National Resistance Front (NRF), Sibghatullah Ahmadi, in a tweet criticized the amnesty of Taliban’s leadership, and said that Taliban fighters have committed grave atrocities and retributory killings from the very first day.
“Since the fall of Kabul, the Taliban has repeatedly announced a general amnesty for the people associated with the previous government, especially those in security institutions. However, its fighters have committed grave atrocities and retributory killings from the very first day,” he said.
Mr. Ahmadi welcoming the reports of Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International said that NRF believes the reports are the tip of iceberg of human suffering caused by revenge killings by the Taliban.
He emphasized that NRF would like to extant its full support to the relevant organizations in documenting a detailed report of war crimes committed by the Taliban.
