Local sources in Khulm district of Samangan told Aamaj News that Taliban shot Qari Qader, former police chief in this province.
Another source said that the Taliban arrested him yesterday in Mazar-e-Sharif, and killed him today.
According to the source, just several minutes after his release by the Taliban he was shot dead in Tangi-Tashghurghan area.
They said that he was retired four years ago, and was close to Asadullah Sharifi, former member of parliament.
Although the Taliban have announced general amnesty, but they keep killing and torturing former security officials.
