Local sources in Takhar told Aamaj News that Taliban arrested four people and urged them to provide the Taliban with weapons.
The sources said that Muqtader, Abdul Hamid, Hidayatullah and Walid arrested by Taliban on Monday.
They added that Taliban arrested them from Kaj Dara village of Farkhar district, Takhar.
Their relatives said that they are not in contact with any groups and do not have weapons.
