Local sources in Takhar told Aamaj News that men of Mawlawi Mohsen Hashemi, the Taliban deputy minister of interior shot a man named, Mohammad Amin, who was naturally unable to speak.
According to the sources, the man shot dead in Khanaqa village of Farkhar district as one of commanders of Hashemi ordered his death.
The sources added that Amin was 38 years old, and quite innocent. Taliban have repeatedly rejected the killing of civilians.
