Local sources in Takhar told Aamaj News that Taliban arrest, torture and then release on bail youths of this province accusing of cooperation with NRF forces.
According to sources the Taliban arrested seven youths who just returned from Iran, in Aimand village of Warsaj district accusing of cooperation with NRF forces.
The sources added that Taliban arrested eight others in Khurmab village of Farkhar district, and still they are in their custody.
Taliban refuse to comment on such issues.
