Local sources in Takhar told Aamaj News that the Taliban brutally shot four fighters of the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan (NRF) after being arrested by them.
They added in fighting between the Taliban and NRF forces in Sayad village of Chal district of Takhar, four fighters of NRF had been captured by Taliban, then the Taliban shot them while their eyes and hands were tightened.
According to the sources, Mawlawi Fatihullah, Azizullah, Wahidullah and Nawidullah are the ones that shot dead by Taliban.
Before that the Taliban had been accused of committing war crimes in Panjshir and Andarab for killing war prisoners.
