Local sources in Takhar told Aamaj News that a person killed and two others wounded as a grenade exploded in an exchange market in this province.
According to them the incident took place in old exchange market of Taloqan city this morning around 8: 30.
Local sources of Taliban have not said anything about this incident yet.
