The Taliban vice and virtue as well as information and culture ministries in a new decision have ordered the TV channels that female presenters must cover their faces from now on.
This decision of Taliban have provoked bitter reactions.
Former chairperson of the Afghanistan IHRC, Shaharzad Akbar, reacting to the order said that the priority of Taliban is imposing restrictions on hair, faces and color of Chadori (head-to-toe burqa) of women.
“It is embarrassing. Half of the population of Afghanistan go to sleep while they are hungry. Explosion, assassination, and suicide are the daily incidents of our land. We are begging the world for our primary needs. In this situation the priority of rulers is to impose restrictions on hair, face and color of our Chadori,” she tweeted.
She added that in other Islamic countries children are learning about space and artificial intelligence, but Taliban are desiring to control the hair and faces of women.
Former chairperson of the Afghanistan IHRC said that someone should inform them that it has been centuries that Afghanistan is an Islamic country. The level of their “stupidity and misogyny” will led to hatred from religion and is nothing good in benefit of “Islam”.
The news comes as the Taliban vice and virtue as well as information and culture ministries in a new decision have ordered the TV channels that female presenters must cover their faces from now on.
Taliban have sent their order to all TV channels broadcasting in Afghanistan, and urged the officials of TVs that female presenters must cover their faces during the programs, and must take that issue “seriously”.
This morning the majority of female presenters appeared on TV wearing masks.

Hey there this is kinda of off topic but I was wondering
if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.
I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding know-how so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience.
Any help would be enormously appreciated!
