Former vice president, Amrullah Saleh, reacting to disappearance of female protesters said that Taliban are holding Afghan women and girls hostage.
Saleh added the Taliban have taken Afghan women hostage and demand ransom for their release from the international community, mainly non-Muslim countries.
“This is the first time in the history of Afghanistan that a regime has abducted young girls from their homes and with all rudeness and bigotry say, ‘I do not know,” Saleh wrote on his Facebook page.
He added that the people of Afghanistan could not be reconciled with this group of liars. According to Saleh, the resistance line should be further strengthened.
“Taliban do not align with our historical, cultural, and patriotic values. These proxies of Rawalpindi are a disgrace to the all parts of the country,” Saleh said.
It has been several weeks that some female protesters have been disappeared, but with all demands of internal and international institutions, there is no information available about them.
Tamana Zaryab Paryani, Parwana Ibrahim Khel, Mursal Ayar, and Zahra Mohammadi are four women that have been abducted. Taliban say they are seeking information about their disappearance.
