by Aamaj News

Russian President, Vladimir Putin, said that insulting prophet Muhammad is not artistic freedom, and counted as the “violation of religious freedom and the violation of the sacred feelings of people who profess Islam.”

According to TASS News Agency’s report Putin pointing to attack on the editorial office of Charlie Hebdo magazine in Paris in 2015 said that terrorist groups will benefit from these acts.

After releasing of caricatures of Prophet Muhammad by Charlie Hebdo magazine, two brothers named Sharif and Saeed Kouachi attacked on its editorial office and killed 12 staff of the magazine including the editor-in-chief.

That time France and Denmark supported the publishing of caricatures under the name of freedom of expression.
