د طالبانو د بیا واکمن کېدو سره، په افغانستان کې ۲۴.۴ میلیونه خلک د شدید خوراکي نا امنۍ سره مخ او بشري مرستو ته اړتیا لري.
د نړیوال خوراکي پروګرام مدیر ویلي، د افغانستان نږدې ۹۵ سلنه وګړي بشپړ خوراکي توکو ته له لاسرسي بې برخې دي او شاوخوا ۲۲،۸ میلیونه وګړي د خوراکي توکو کمښت تجربه کوي او بېړني خوراکي مرستو ته اړتیا لري.
تر دې مخکې د ملګرو ملتونو د بشري حقونو عالي کمېشنرۍ ویلي وو چې د افغانستان تر نیمايي ډېر وګړي پر بشري مرستو متکي دي.
دغې ادارې زیاته کړې وه چې په افغانستان کې له هرو دوو کسانو څخه یو یې نه پوهېږي چې خپل راتلونکی خواړه چیرته ترلاسه کړي.
د بلخ ولایت اوسېدونکي محمد علي، آماج نیوز ته وايي: «طالبانو له ځانه سره وچکالي هم راوړې ده. بې وزلي هره ورځ پراخیږي. په څلور لارو کې د بېکارانو کتارونه د هرې ورځې په تېرېدو سره اوږديږي، او د ډوډۍ ترلاسه کول ورځ تر بلې ستونزمن کیږي.»
ښاغلی علي زیاتوي چې څه موده وړاندې یې زوی د ژوند د لګښتونو د ترلاسه کولو لپاره په ناقانونه توګه ایران ته تللی و. خو د ایراني پوله ساتو له خوا ونیول شو او سخت وځورول شو.
نوموړي ويلي دی: «اوس زما زوى په کور کې وزګار دى.»
محمد علي د طالبانو حکومت په بې کفایتۍ تورنوي او وايي: «طالبان د دې پر ځای چې د خلکو بې وزلي ته رسیدګي وکړي، ځان ته د څوکیو د وېش پسي دي.»
حکيم په مزارشريف کې د چوک کارکوونکی دی. هغه وايي: «سهار وختي چوک ته د کار لپاره راځو. خو څوک د کارګر د نرخ پوښتنه هم نه کوي. خلک ټول وزګار دي او په دې هیواد کې د ډوډۍ پیدا کول خورا ستونزمن شوي دي.»
نادر (مستعار نوم) د بلخ ولایت د خلکو د ستونزو په اړه خبرې وکړې او زیاتوي: «زه هره ورځ په ښار کې یم. د خلکو ستونزې په ټینګه څارم. کله چې تاسو د مازدیګر شاوخوا نانوایانو خوا ته ځئ، تاسو به په واقعیت پوه شئ چې بې وزلۍ د هیواد په خلکو څومره اغیزه کړې ده. ماشوم، ښځه، بوډۍ، ځوان، بوډا… ټول په لیکه کې ولاړ دي چې یو څوک ورته ډوډۍ ورکړي. دا حالت هره ورځ زما وجدان ځوروي.»
هغه زیاتوي: «نږدې ټولې هغه ښځې چې د خپلو کورونو ته ډوډۍ راوړونکې وې له دندو ګوښه شوي دي. په دولتي سرچینو کې د ناکافي اقتصاد له امله د ټولو معلولینو معاشونه پرې شوي دي. یو شمېر ځوانان چې په جمهوري نظام کې په دولتي ادارو کې په دندو ګمارل شوي وو په بېلابېلو پلمو له دندو ګوښه شوي او یو شمیر یې چې هم پاته دي دولت یې د میاشتني معاش د ورکولو توان نه لري. د دغو ځوانانو څخه هر یو د یوې کورنۍ مسول و چې یا بې کاره شوي او یا هم بې معاشه. دې ټولو په هېواد کې بې وزلي زیاته کړې ده.
