Local sources told Aamaj News that Taliban shot a civilian named Khalil-u-Rahman in Abdullah Khel valley of Panjshir province.
According to the sources the incident took place yesterday around 11:00 a.m.
The news comes as the Taliban have arrested more than 30 civilians and have tortured them accusing of supplying the NRF forces.
One of the sources added that Khalil-u-Rahman was one of these 30 civilians.
