Head of foreign relations for National Resistance Front(NRF), Ali Maisam Nazary, reacted to former president, Hamid Karzai’s remarks saying that forming a modern institution which represents everyone can end the vicious cycle of violence in Afghanistan.
“A modern institution representing everyone and a new social contract based on justice, tolerance, and freedom will end this vicious cycle of violence, oppression and destruction in Afghanistan,” Mr. Nazary said.
Recently Hamed Karzai in an interview with Associated Press said that he requested Taliban’s leaders to hold a traditional Loya Jirga and use the constitution of Zahir Shah’s era.
