NATO Secretary-General, Jens Stoltenberg, said that Russia’s war in Ukraine is not going as this country had planned.

“Russia’s war in Ukraine is not going as Moscow had planned. They failed to take Kyiv. They are pulling back from Kharkiv and their major offensive in Donbass has stalled,” Jens Stoltenberg told reporters.

The remarks came after that Russian defense ministry spokesperson Igor Konashenkov, said that Russian air combat tactical units targeted 32 areas where Ukrainian soldiers and technical vehicles were located.

“Two S-300 air defense missile launch systems and radars were destroyed near Shpilevka in the Sumi region,” Igor Konashenkov added.

It has been approximately three months since Russia’s attack on Ukraine, in this period of time heavy fightings took place between two sides.

After the attack the West imposed heavy sanctions on Russia, and has repeatedly threatened of imposing further sanctions.
