Modi and Macron called for formation of an inclusive govt in Afghanistan

Indian prime minister, Narendra Modi, in a trip to France met, French president, Emmanuel Macron.

Both leaders expressing their concern over the humanitarian crisis, and violation of human rights in Afghanistan, called for an inclusive and representative government in this country.

According to Indian media both leaders emphasized that they support a peaceful, secure and stable Afghanistan.

Both sides also urged the end of enmity in Ukraine.

It has been eight months of Taliban’s domination, and yet no country has recognized them. Forming an inclusive government is one of the conditions for recognition.

Although the Taliban have formed a government that all its members are Taliban themselves, but repeatedly have claimed that their government is an inclusive one.

On the other hand, SIGAR in its latest report emphasized that humanitarian conditions in Afghanistan are deteriorating.
