General Kenneth F. McKenzie, Jr. the former Commander of United States Central Command said that Afghanistan has turned into the safe haven of terrorist groups as al-Qaeda and ISIS.
Al Arabiya News Agency quoting McKenzie reported that last summer he had warned Biden if the US retreated, the government of Afghanistan would collapse.
He added that there is the possibility that the US forces return to Afghanistan.
He added despite the Taliban assurance to prevent radicalism in Afghanistan, this country has turned into the safe haven of terrorists as ISIS and al-Qaeda.
