The founder and president of Massoud foundation, Ahmad Wali Massoud tweeted that the international community must realize that it is not possible to form an inclusive government under Taliban rule.
“Decentralising the power structure to engage all provinces is the first step to real inclusivity,” Massoud said.
He added that inclusivity does not equate to power sharing among ethnic figures.
