Bakhtar News Agency reported that mortar shell blast in Bagh Mir area, Kunduz killed two children, and wounded one other.
Kunduz police spokesman, Obaidullah Abidi, said the explosion while took place that the children were playing with mortar shell.
The explosion of mines and remnant of war sometimes take lives of children in Afghanistan.
