Local sources in Baghlan told Amaj News that the Taliban shot a civilian in the Khost district of this province.
The sources added that the Taliban first arrested this 14-year-old teenager accusing him of affiliation with the NRF, then tortured and finally shot him.
The teenager was a resident of Faranbal village, Khost district, Baghlan.
The killing of civilians by the Taliban is not something new. The Taliban have previously arrested dozens of civilians in the Khost district of Baghlan and killed them in some cases.
