Today the Taliban shot four civilians accusing them of affiliation with the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan (NRF) in Kapisa.
Reliable sources in Kapisa told Aamaj News that four youths shot dead by Taliban in Giawa neighborhood of Koh Band district.
They said that the ones who have been shot dead are named Bulbul, Mubarak Shah, Tela Mohammad and Omar Gul, adding that they were not in contact with the NRF.
Recently the Taliban shared the videos of killing of detainees in Panjshir which elicited internal and international condemnation, in the last case International Amnesty called it as “war crime.”
