Russian special presidential envoy for Afghansitan, Zamir Kabulov, said that the number of IS-K fighters has tripled after Taliban’s domination and reached 6,000.
He in a press conference said that the number of IS-K fighters has reached 6,000, while it was 2,000 when Taliban took power.
He expressing his concerns regarding the situation in Afghanistan said that this situation poses a threat not only to Afghanistan, but also to the national interests of Russia’s partners such as Iran, Pakistan, and China.
He accused the West for promoting the terrorists, and due to sanctions Taliban lack resources and cannot fight against the Taliban. He added that the West is deliberately doing so to promote terrorists.
