The US Chargé d’Affaires for Afghanistan, Karen Decker, reacting to today’s attack on Kaj education center said that targeting a classroom full of students while taking exam is “shameful”.
She in a tweet strongly condemned the explosion.
Decker emphasized that all the students have the right to study in a peaceful ambiance without any fear.
Taliban confirmed that according to the initial details 19 people killed and 27 others wounded.
So far no group or individual has claimed the responsibility.
