On the sidelines of the 15th Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in Turkmenistan, Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi, and president of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, stressed the need for formation of an inclusive government in Afghanistan which includes all ethnic and political groups.
