Today, June 12, 2022, Taliban’s Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs announced that first group of pilgrims of Afghanistan departed the country for Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj.
The first flight will land in Madina, Saudi Arabia.
It is mentionable that Saudi Arabia allows one million pilgrims inside and outside the country to perform Hajj that 13582 of them will be from Afghanistan.
Before that Saudi Arabia allowed a limited number of people to perform Hajj considering the quarantine because of COVID-19.
