به گفته‌ی حقانی در هنگام تعقیب واقعه‌های جنایی از شکنجه و توهین فردها جلوگیری شود.
آقای حقانی افزوده است که بدون حکم محکمه در موضوع‌های حقوقی فردی مداخله نشود.
سرپرست وزارت داخله علاوه کرده است که در هنگام گزمه هیچ‌کسی حق شلیک بالای فردی را ندارد.
سراج‌الدین حقانی در اخیر گفته است که کسانی‌که از این مورد‌ها سرپیچی کنند به محکمه نظامی سپرده خواهند شد.
این در حالی‌ست که مردم از نحوه برخورد نیروهای طالبان در ایست‌های بازرسی شکایت دارند و در آخرین مورد یک پزشک در شهر کابل در یک ایست بازرسی با شلیک نیروهای طالبان نیز جان‌باخت.
