دفتر رسانه‌ای والی طالبان برای غور با فرستادن خبرنامه‌ای به رسانه‌ها گفته است که در جلسه‌ی اداری مولوی احمدشاه دین دوست، والی غور از روند کاری موسسات امدادرسان در این ولایت انتقاد کرده و آنان را متهم به دروغ‌گویی کرده است.
در این خبرنامه به نقل از والی غور این‌گونه آمده: «متوجه حرکات موسسات باشید، چون هدف موسسات خدمت‌گزاری به مردم نیست و تمام ارقام را که ارایه می‌کنند دروغ است و هم‌چنان موسسات حاضر نیستند که ارقام دقیق به سکتورهای خصوصی بدهند و فعلن اجازه فعالیت را ندارند.»
اما پشت این تصمیم چی حرف‌های نهفته است؟
دو منبع معتبر در موسسات امدادرسان به دلیل حساسیت موضوع که نمی‌خواهند نامی از آنان برده شود به آماج می‌گویند که والی غور از آنان درخواست بررسی و توزیع مواد به افراد طالبان را کرده است، اما پس از آن‌که موسسات خواستند مطابق قوانین، کار خود را پیش ببرند والی مانع فعالیت آنان شده است.
یکی از این منابع می‌گوید که والی غور در جلسه روز گذشته با بیان این‌که کارد به استخوان رسیده و فساد در موسسات به اوج‌اش رسیده، گفته است که فعالیت موسسات تا امر ثانی متوقف است.
این منبع که از آدرس موسسه (ACF) با آماج صحبت کرده میافزاید که والی غور خواهان توزیع نیمی از کمک‌های اضطراری این موسسه به خود و افراد طالبان شده است.
او تصریح می‌کند که والی این ولایت که هفته پیش به آنان دستور داده بود که از افراد خودشان را در ولسوالی دولینه شامل مستحقین کمک‌های اضطراری کنند.
اما در خبرنامه مقام ولایت غور پهلوی دیگر جلسه با رسانه‌ها شریک نشده است؟
یک منبع که در این جلسه حضور داشت می‌گوید که والی غور از تمام موسسات خواسته که نباید دیگر زنان در ادارت آنان کار کنند، این منبع علاوه کرده است که والی غور خطاب به اعضای جلسه گفته است: «زنان را نباید به بررسی روان کنید، در ادارات تان هم نه‌آیند اگر هم می‌آیند باید محرم همرای شان باشد.»
این منبع اضافه می‌کند که برداشت‌‌اش از سخنان والی غور این بوده است که باید کمک‌ها به افراد آنان داده شود و از افراد مورد نظر آنان در موسسات استخدام شود.
والی غور هم‌چنان در این جلسه از تمام مسوولین موسسات خواسته است که باید پس از این ریش بگذارند.
با این حال مولوی عبدالحی زعیم، رییس اطلاعات فرهنگ ولایت غور می‌گوید که موسسات به‌خاطر خدمت‌گزاری نه بل‌که باعث نفاق افگنی، عیاشی و دیوسی آمده‌اند.
او میافزاید که موسسات طبق جواز فعالیت و مقررات شان به عرف و عنعنات مردم پابند نیستند و به فرمان «امارت اسلامی» فعالیت نمی‌کنند.
او گفت: «خود سری، فریب، دروغ‌گویی، عکاسی از خانم‌ها، فساد اداری و فساد اخلاقی این‌ها به اوج خود رسیده و ما تحمل این‌قدر دیوسی به آبرو و حیثیت و ناموس ملت را نداریم، حاضریم بمیریم اما بی غیرتی را نمی‌خواهیم.»
رییس اطلاعات فرهنگ غور می‌گوید در مورد فساد اداری و اخلاقی موسسات اسناد معتبر دارند.
مولوی عبدالحی زعیم اضافه کرد: «اگر این‌ها از این حرکات منفی دست بردار نشوند و زیر نظر ادارات سکتوری فعالیت نکنند و آمار دقیق از کمک‌های که کرده‌اند ارایه نکنند اجازه فعالیت به ایشان داده نمی‌شود.»
در ولایت غور نزدیک به ۲۰ موسسه امدادرسان فعالیت می‌کنند و در حالی فعالیت این موسسات متوقف می‌شود که هم اکنون بسیاری از خانواده‌ها در این ولایت به دلیل گرسنه‌گی، کودکان و دختر شان را می‌فروشند تا زنده بمانند.
از سویی هم مسوولان صحی گفته‌اند که آمار سوء تغذیه نسبت به هر سال دیگر به دلیل فقر و ناداری مردم در این ولایت افزایش یافته است.
