جبهه‌ی مقاومت ملی ادعا می‌کند که ۲۷ نیروی طالبان در نتیجه‌ی درگیری با نیروهای این جبهه در پنجشیر کشته شده‌اند.
علی‌میثم نظری، مسوول روابط خارجی جبهه مقاومت در توییتی نگاشته است که پنج‌شنبه‌شب، سه ولسوالی پنجشیر شاهد درگیری شدید میان نیروهای این جبهه و طالبان بوده است.
به گفته‌ی او در نتیجه درگیری‌های دیشب، ۲۷ نیروی طالبان کشته و حمله‌‌ی طالبان بر مواضع جبهه مقاومت با شکست مواجه شده است.
این در حالی‌ست که منابع محلی وقوع درگیری در ولسوالی‌های شتل، عنابه و رُخه پنجشیر را تأیید کرده‌اند.
طالبان تا کنون در مورد این ادعاها چیزی نگفته‌اند.
