اوچا امروز (دوشنبه، ۸حوت) در توییتی اعلام کرده است که برای پاک.سازی اراضی‌آلوده با مواد انفجاری در افغانستان به ۱۸.۳ میلیون دالر نیاز است.
دفتر هماهنگ‌کننده‌ی امور بشردوستانه سازمان ملل با ابراز نگرانی هشدار داده است که اراضی‌آلوده با مواد انفجاری جان ۴.۹ میلیون تن را در افغانستان با خطر روبه‌‌رو کرده است.این نگرانی اوچا در حالی‌ست که طالبان که در حال حاضر بر افغانستان مسلط هستندژ طی بیش از دو دهه اخیر متهم به بیش‌ترین ماین‌گذاری در مناطق مختلف در جریان جنگ با حکومت‌های پیشین هستند.
