علی مصطفوی نیا، رئیس کُل دادگستری سیستان‌و‌بلوچستان از اعدام سه زندانی امنیتی متهم به همکاری با گروه‌های مخالف جمهوری اسلامی «در نقاط مختلف» زاهدان خبر داده است.
آقای مصطفوی نیا گفته این سه نفر متهم به «همکاری با گروه جیش‌العدل و بمب‌گذاری در زاهدان» بودند و امروز (دوشنبه،۲۲ عقرب) در چند منطقه این شهر اعدام شدند.
رئیس کُل دادگستری استان سیستان‌و‌بلوچستان ایران با اظهار این‌که درخواست اعاده دادرسی محکومان در دیوان عالی کشور رد شده بود، تاکید کرد: «دادگاه انقلاب متهمان پرونده را به اتهام عضویت در گروهک جیش‌العدل، افساد فی‌الارض از طریق مشارکت در اقدام تروریستی انفجار ۲ بمب گذاری کلانتری ۱۲ زاهدان، مشارکت در اقدام تروریستی انفجار بمب در مسیر عبور و مرور خودروی گشت انتظامی به اعدام محکوم کرده بود.»
در همین حال «وب‌سایت» خبری «حال‌وش» به نقل از منابع آگاه اعلام کرد که «این سه زندانی بلوچ در زمان بازداشت در بازداشتگاه اطلاعات سپاه در زاهدان بشدت مورد شکنجه قرار گرفته و مجبور به اعترافات اجباری علیه خود شده بودند.»
از سوی هم در اظهارات رئیس کُل دادگستری استان سیستان‌و‌بلوچستان از اجرای حکم اعدام این زندانیان «در نقاط مختلف زاهدان» سخن گفته شده که نشان از اجرای این احکام در «ملا عام» دارد. موضوعی که بارها مورد انتقاد شدید نهادهای حقوق بشری و سازمان ملل متحد قرار گرفته و از جمهوری اسلامی خواسته شده تا به اجرای احکام اعدام در «ملا عام» پایان دهد.
