انتونیو گوترش، دبیرکُل سازمان ملل متحد ام‌روز (شنبه، ۳ ثور) در توییتی از سفرش به روسیه و اوکراین خبر داده است.
او نوشته است: «هفته آینده با رییس‌جمهور پوتین در روسیه و با ولودیمیر زلنسکی در اوکراین دیدار خواهم کرد.»
آقای گوترش علاوه کرده است که نیاز به قدم‌های عاجل برای حفظ جان‌ها، پایان دادن به رنج انسانان و تأمین صلح در اوکراین است.
این سفر در حالی انجام شود که نیروهای روسیه مرحله دوم جنگ خود در اوکراین را آغاز کرده‌اند و گزارش‌ها حاکی از سقوط ماریوپول به‌دست نیروهای روسی نیز در رسانه‌ها پخش می‌شود.
