بستگان نعمت الله یوسفی به آماج نیوز می‌گویند که طالبان او را بدون هیچ دلیلی، شب‌هنگام وقت رفتن به سوی خانه‌اش در روستای لعل سرخ ولسوالی تیوره‌ی ولایت غور تیرباران کرده‌اند.
اما منابع محلی طالبان در ولایت غور به آماج می‌گویند که یک دختر و یک پسر در ولسوالی تیوره‌ی به اتهام روابط نامشروع از سوی نزدیکان دختر تیرباران شده‌اند، نه از طرف طالبان و قاتل نیز بازداشت شده است.
اما منبعی که نمی‌خواهد در این گزارش از وی نام برده شود، به آماج می‌گوید که قاتل عضو نیروهای طالبان است.
قابل یادآوری است که در این اواخر محاکمه صحرایی در ولایت‌های مختلف افغانستان از جمله ولایت غور افزایش چشم‌گیری داشته است.
