این نهاد از افزایش تولید چشم‌گیری قالین در کشور ابراز خرسندی کرده و از سازمان‌های ملی و بین‌المللی خواهان کمک برای رشد این صنعت در کشور شده است.
گفتنی‌ست که از دیر زمان بدین‌سو شماری از قالین‌های افغانستان به گونه‌‌ی غیرقانونی به‌نام کشورهای دیگر در بازارهای جهانی عرضه می‌شود.
صنایع دستی و به‌ویژه قالین افغانستان در بازارهای جهانی از کیفیت و شهرت خاص برخوردار است.
