به گفته منابع در نتیجه این کمین ۱۰ تن از جنگ‌جویان طالبان کُشته شده و ۸ تن دیگر زخم برداشتند.
هم‌چنان منابع می‌افزایند که در حال حاضر جنگ شدید میان نیروهای جبهه مقاومت ملی اندارب و جنگ‌جویان طالبان در ولسوالی پل‌حصار اندراب جریان دارد.
طالبان تا اکنون در این مورد چیزی نگفته‌اند.
