شهاب‌الدین دلاور، سرپرست وزارت معادن و پترولیم حکومت طالبان با نماینده‌گان شرکت قراردادی مس عینک در چین دیدار کرده است.
در این دیدار آقای دلاور گفته است که تمام شرایط برای راه‌اندازی پروژه‌ی مس عینک در افغانستان فراهم شده است.
او تاکید کرده است که کار روی این پروژه باید به‌زودی آغاز شود.
از سوی هم، در این نشست نماینده‌گان شرکت (MCC) از حکومت طالبان خواسته اند تا میکانیزمی را برای سرمایه‌گذاری سرمایه‌گذاران چینی در افغانستان فراهم کنند.
پیش از این، گزارش‌هایی مبنی بر علاقمندی چینی‌ها برای استخراج معدن‌‌های افغانستان نیز نشر شده بود.
