منابع محلی در کندز به آماج می‌گویند که دقایق پیش یک ماین از قبل جاسازی شده در دریک دکان صرافی در ساحه‌ی سرک نهم رستاق‌آباد این ولایت منفجر شده است.
به گفته‌ی منبع ماین «مقناطیسی» در زیر دروازه‌ای این صرافی جاسازی شده بود و صراف «اهل تشیع» است.
منبع می‌افزاید که در این رویداد سه تن زخمی شده‌اند.
مسوولان محلی طالبان در پیوند به این رویداد چیزی نمی‌گویند.
