The Taliban chamber of commerce and investment announced that in 1400 solar year the export of Afghan carpet rose from 309,467 to 1,000,000 square meters.
This institution expressed its satisfaction with this issue, and called on national and international organizations to help promote the Afghan carpet sector.
It is worth mentioning that for a long time up to now, a number of Afghan carpets have been illegally sold in the world markets under the name of other countries.
Afghanitan’s handicrafts, especially carpets are of special quality and reputation in the world markets.
