The Taliban foreign ministry spokesman, Abdul Qahar Balkhi, tweeted that a senior delegation led by acting foreign minister of Taliban, Amir Khan Muttaqi, will go to Qatar on November 27-29 to discuss political issues, Afghan frozen assets, humanitarian assistance, education, health, security, reopening of embassies in Kabul, and other related issues with European Union, and US representatives.
