Taliban welcomed remarks of US special representative about economic problems which are inherited from previous government.
The Taliban’s foreign ministry spokesman, Abdul Qahar Balkhi, tweeted that comments by Thomas West that Afghansitan faced a humanitarian crisis even before August is quite true. He added that economic problems have been inherited by the new government.
Earlier the US special representative, Thomas West, said that Afghansitan was already suffering a terrible humanitarian crisis even before mid-August, and made worse by war, droughts, and the pandemic.
