Pakistan embassy in Kabul stated that they have agreed with public health ministry in Afghanistan to make Muhammad Ali Jinnah Hospital in Kabul a teaching hospital.
“Afghan Minister of Public Health H.E. Dr. Qalandar Ebad and a team of University of Lahore signed a Letter of Understanding for assistance in running M. A. Jinnah Hospital Kabul and upgrade its facilities to make it a teaching hospital,” Pakistan ambassador, Mansoor Ahmad, tweeted.
According to the agreement the hospital has changed to a teaching one with cooperation of Pakistan.
It is mentionable that Muhammad Ali Jinnah Hospital is located in western part of Kabul, and Pakistan supplies its services.
