Maintaining the seat of Afghansitan at its current situation is the violation of Afghans’ rights, Muttaqi says

Acting foreign minister of Taliban, Amir Khan Muttaqi, met the UN Under-Secretary-General for Political and Peacebuilding Affairs, Rosemary Anne DiCarlo.

The Taliban foreign ministry spokesman, Abdul Qahar Balkhi, says that both sides discussed the security and other issues.

In this meeting Mr. Muttaqi added that maintaining the seat of Afghansitan at the UN at its current situation is the violation of Afghans’ rights and using it as a pressure tool only complicates the matters.
